Ms. O’Donnell’s Sixth Class recently visited Ms. Mc Laughlin’s Senior Infants to help them get started with Book Creator — and what a fantastic morning it was!
Book Creator is a fun and easy-to-use online tool that allows students to create their own digital books. Children can write stories, add pictures, draw illustrations, record their voices, and even include videos. It’s a wonderful way to encourage creativity, improve writing skills, and bring learning to life through technology.
The boys and girls in Sixth Class did a brilliant job showing the Senior Infants how to log in, add text and pictures, and explore all the exciting features. They were patient, kind, and excellent teachers! It was lovely to see the older and younger students working so well together, helping each other and sharing ideas.
To finish off their visit, everyone enjoyed a fun and energetic game of Blooket, which brought plenty of smiles and laughter to the classroom.
