We’ve had such a busy and exciting September as we settled into our new classroom and made lots of new friends! We also had some wonderful birthday celebrations for Cian, Charlotte, Conn, Nicole and Candi – what a month of fun! 🎂
In art, we explored the colourful world of Matisse and created our own beautiful pieces inspired by his work. We’ve also been working hard on our fine motor skills and are making great progress.
A big highlight has been our brand new class library 📚. We absolutely love choosing books and sharing stories with our pals – it’s quickly becoming one of our favourite times of the day.
Every Friday, we look forward to Golden Time, which gives us a chance to role play in the kitchen. It’s always full of imagination, teamwork and fun.
During Wellbeing Week, we had some very special visitors and activities. Mr. Joynt taught us yoga, which was an incredible experience, and every evening before home time Ms. McLaughlin has been guiding us through calming mini sound baths. We really enjoy this peaceful way to end our day.
It’s been such a wonderful start to the school year, and we can’t wait to see what October brings! 🍂
