Dear Parents/Guardians,
Just a reminder that next week Scoot to School Week is taking place (From Monday 9th to Friday 13th June 2025). It is a celebration of scooting as a fun and sustainable way to travel!
Please encourage your child to try scoot each day, if they can, but especially on SOW Day which is Wednesday 11th June. SOW = Scoot on Wednesday!
For any children who cannot scoot to / from school due to poor or narrow footpaths, we hope that they will still bring their scooter to school on SOW Day and have a chance to Scoot AT School (SAS Day) by taking part in some on-yard games and activities.
We will have a scooting obstacle course on Wednesday to practise our scooting skills as well as learning moves such as the emergency stop!
