Now in our second year, Belmont has its panel of Active Schools representatives up and running in St. Mary’s. Their role is to help encourage all students to stay healthy and active.
We have two representatives from each First Class and one from each Senior Infant and Junior Infant class. Each representative now has their own Active School badge so everyone can easily see their role in the school. So far, they have helped organise yard equipment for all classes during yard time and have supported our Skip Around the World challenges.
Well done to all of our representatives. There are exciting times ahead for our active students in Belmont!
