Senior Infants had great fun this week taking part in our Halloween stations. Each morning, the children moved between different activities and got to try out something new.
At one station, the children decorated pumpkins inspired by the Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama, using bright colours and lots of spots and patterns. They turned out beautifully!
In another station, everyone got hands-on making their own slime using PVA glue, paint, glitter and activator. There was plenty of excitement (and a bit of mess!) as the slime started to come together.
At the final station, the children cut and stuck labels onto a bat, practising their fine motor skills while creating some spooky Halloween artwork.
It was a busy, creative week in Senior Infants, and the children really enjoyed all the Halloween fun.
