March has been a really fun and busy month in our class. We enjoyed celebrating Seachtain na Gaeilge and Lá Glas together. The children in 6th Class kindly came to teach us Irish dancing, which we all loved.
AJ and Alice took part in Picker Pals, and we have been doing excellent work during shared reading time. We also had great fun making St Patrick’s themed playdough.
One of the highlights was planting our own potatoes. We are very excited and cannot wait to watch them grow over the next few weeks.
Jamie B brought home Blu, and we really enjoyed hearing all about his adventures!
Another very exciting moment was when Nana surprised us by knitting chicks for everyone in the class. We had so much fun searching for them when they were hidden around the classroom and we have loved working with them all week.
