This week in Sixth Class, the boys and girls had a fantastic time baking Rocky Road with Ms. O’Donnell!
The class began by researching different recipes and held a vote to decide what to make — and Rocky Road was the clear winner! They then carefully wrote out the recipe, learned the method, and finally got to roll up their sleeves to create their gorgeous, gooey Rocky Road in class.
It turned out absolutely delicious, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience from start to finish. Not only did the pupils have fun, but they also learned valuable life skills such as teamwork, following instructions, measuring ingredients, and the joy of creating something together.
