We were learning all about plastic and recycling. We decided to do some more research as we were interested in the topic. We presented our Powerpoint presentations to other classes. We discovered good and bad things about the invention and uses of plastic. We learned that mealworms (which are actually not worms) can digest plastic. We also learned that since the invention of plastic billiard balls are no longer generally made from elephant tusks.
