We had an amazing time at the Sky Up Academy in the HQ of Sky Ireland in Ballsbridge.
The Sky Up Academy is an immersive experience aimed towards children and teenagers.
We had the opportunity to engage in interactive games and activities, go on a tour around the Sky offices and make our very own news report.
It was an incredible experience. Everyone had a different role to play and the news reporters and experts got to dress up. The editors worked on the green screen and the scriptwriters wrote what the reporters were going to say. There were also camera operators. It was so much fun to explore the various roles within a television studio!
It was very exciting watching our news bulletin and we even had time to make a few bloopers!
This was definitely one of the highlights of our year!
