The children from fourth class visited the Outreach Lab in the O'Brien Science Building on Tuesday, 13th March, where they performed the experiments their groups have been working on for the last few weeks with the students from UCD. The children represented the school excellently and there was great fun and excitement, as well as plenty of bubbles, in the air for the two hours we spent in the labs. A bid thank you to Dr. Shane Bergin, Grace, Amber, Claire, Hannah, and Gráinne for this wonderful opportunity.
Today our 'Countries of the World' display was finally completed. Each of the children completed a project on a country of their choice from around the world under the headings 'People & Culture', 'History' and 'Nature'. They also included some basic facts about the country as well as an image of the country's flag. Well done to everyone for all of their hard work!
