Wellbeing Week 19th- 23rd February

Wellbeing week was a great way to take better care of ourselves in class. We took part in lots of activities to help ourselves feel better. We started a gratitude journal, learnt about positive affirmations and took extra care of each other. Ms. Ní Fhearáin's 6th Class came to help us practice mindfulness. We made friendship bracelets with them, practised yoga and worked together on mindful colouring. We also had a fun webinar workshop with Adrienne. We took part in some chair yoga, meditiation and mindful colouring with lots of schools around the country. We felt really good after a relaxing week!
